Vantage Engineering is committed to respecting our web-site visitors' privacy concerns. We provide the following to clarify our philosophy and operational activities with respect to privacy and security of information issues:

Vantage Engineering will collect and use customer identifiable information only for billing purposes, to provide and change service, and to inform you of products/services that become available.

This means that Vantage Engineering may use your customer identifiable information, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your customer identifiable information to third parties who want to market products to you.

When you use the internet web servers automatically receive some information. This "usage data" may include a record of which pages a Web browser has visited. Vantage's server receives very basic usage data when customers visit our site. We may at some future point use that data to provide advertising about goods and services that may be of interest to our customers, although it is not our current practice.

Cookies: We use cookies to help our visitors have a friendlier, more convenient visit. We DO not use cookies to develop profiles about site visitors and their internet activities.

Security: We store Bulletin Board subscriber and password files securely in areas not accessible to the public. Removal: We will immediately unsubscribe anyone who requests their name be removed from our e-mail lists. To be removed, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any e-mail from Vantage Engineering, or send an e-mail to information@vantageengineering.ca with the words "Remove from List" in the subject line.

Product Alerts: From time to time, we may send you informational updates on new products or service changes. Any message from Vantage Engineering will ALWAYS provide a link to our website, will identify the name of the individual within Vantage Engineering sending you the note and will outline opt-out options for future notifications. Third Party Use: We NEVER make our customer lists available to 3rd parties. The only reason Vantage Engineering gathers contact information, including email addresses, is to communicate with potential customers and to update existing Vantage Engineering customers on new products or services.

Contact Us: Vantage Engineering understands that the time and effort expended on dealing with unwanted spam affects the bottom line! We have no intention of contributing to the onslaught of nuisance mail encountered daily. Therefore, we are providing this Privacy Statement as a reflection of our commitment and dedication to providing an ethical and professional level of service to our client group.
